I chose Ny Suites because it was close to the venue where I had gone for business. The staff responded quickly to every request -- fixing the WiFi access in my room, repairing the safe, bringing more clothes hangers for the closet, etc. My colleague and I stayed three nights in separate rooms. We had breakfast only once. It took a bit of time, since all was freshly prepared. Breakfast is included in the price. Apparently, they do not serve beer or other alcoholic drinks in the bar/cafe area, as we discovered one evening when we returned from work. But there is a coffee shop and tiny store two doors down that does. Shops across the street did not sell alcoholic beverages, though. The rooms are like efficiency apartments with a large balcony/small terrace, ample cupboard and closet space. The kitchenette has a burner, sink and empty fridge. There were dishes and utensils. We checked out in the morning and the hotel kept our luggage for us until about 9 pm, since we had a very late night flight back to Europe. The staff, though not all of them smiled a lot, were courteous, professional and helpful. It was more than satisfactory for our needs.

The place is luxury and quiet, we did not want to leave!
Many thanks to caring staff for providing us with an extra special stay. Amazing setting, it's close to the center and even Downtown. The place to order dinner not too far from the hotel is Al-Hindi.

The hotel has a perfect location to explore the city, with many attractions within walking distance and a quiet atmosphere due to its central position. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The friendly staff is indeed helpful and strives to satisfy guests' needs during their stay.
The breakfast menu lacks variety, as mentioned in the reviews, making it difficult for guests with different preferences.

The breakfast served was tasty and we enjoyed the good selection offered. The housekeeping staff did a good job in keeping our room clean. The location was perfect, close to many tourist attractions and restaurants.
Our overall experience was rather disappointing. The room was not up to the expected standard and was in need of refurbishment.
